Fisk's calm and collected right-hand man took it upon himself in The Path Of The Righteous to deal with Karen after discovering that she had spoken with Fisk's mother. 

He kidnapped her and brought her to a warehouse where he sat across from her and engaged her in conversation, setting out his gun as a threat. When he was momentarily distracted by his phone, Karen seized the gun and shattered Wesley's overconfidence by shooting him several times.
