There's a great scene in Civil War #2 where Captain America is confronted by Maria Hill and an army of SHIELD agents about his stance on registration, and the two have a verbal dispute before Hill orders the agents to tranquilize Cap and capture him. Steve Rogers isn't having any of that nonsense and fights his way out, escaping by diving out of a plate glass window and taking down a jet in mid-air. The reason we won't see this scene when the adaptation rolls around is simple: they've already done it. Captain America 2: The Winter Soldier featured a fight/escape sequence based on these exact panels, so if they plan on having a similar situation for Cap to deal with they'll have to do something entirely different.
