This prediction is nearly as easy as the one that preceded it and for all the same reasons. James "Rhodey" Rhodes and Tony Stark have always had a unique friendship dating back to when Terrance Howard was playing the character, but now that Don Cheadle has officially taken up the mantle of War Machine - bad*ss shoulder cannon and all - he's the closest thing Iron Man has to a sidekick. Being that he is a colonel in the United States Air Force, Rhodes will remain loyal to his country and do his duty when it comes to enacting whatever oversight the movie has the government place upon the heroes. Considering the nature of the dispute, it wouldn't be at all surprising to see him go back to the Iron Patriot armor even if just for the symbolism alone.
