10. Tony Gave His Home Address To A Terrorist

Tony Stark has proven time and time again that he is one of the smartest people in the world. Every tiny detail built into every Iron Man suit is a technological marvel; he was able to built an infinity gauntlet of his own, and he even figured out time travel.

Yet in Iron Man 3, Tony did one of the stupidest, and most reckless things he or any Avenger has ever done. The genius, billionaire, playboy, philanthropist had struggled with anxiety and panic attacks since returning from space, and was at the end of his rope with the Mandarin. In an irresponsible show of pride and supposed fearlessness, he decided to announce his home address for the terrorist and the entire world to hear.

Needless to say, it's one thing to forego the usual superhero secret identity, but this was just idiotic.

Not only did this nearly cost Tony his life, it almost killed the innocent Pepper Potts and just about anyone else unlucky enough to be in the vicinity of his home. The stupidest thing about this is that there really was nothing to gain from the move - it was simply a show for Stark to convince the world he was still the same old Iron Man as before.
