7. Iron Man Vs Hulk (Avengers: Age Of Ultron)

By the time the Avengers came together again to fight Ultron, they were a well-established team. They knew what each other were capable of, and after seeing the Hulk destroy armies of Chitauri and pull Leviathans from the sky in New York, a reactive containment method had to be established.

This came in the form of Veronica, something that both Tony and Bruce came up with together. Perhaps better known as the Hulkbuster armour, Tony had to break out the suit when Wanda Maximoff got inside Bruce’s head and sent him on a rampage in South Africa.

Some fights only last a moment or so, while some go on for longer. Some fights are only small in scale, while others result in the kind of collateral damage that led to the Sokovia Accords. This fight between Tony and the Hulk was at the higher end of both of these categories.

Between them they levelled an entire town, destroying buildings, roads, and endangering the lives of many innocent civilians. Hulk would have had Tony beat, even with the new hefty armour, if it wasn’t for him literally dropping an entire building on top of him. Desperate times, I suppose.
