Like with Hawkeye, there's been no official confirmation on this, but it does seem like it's going to happen. It'll surely have to be set after Endgame - the pair haven't spent enough time together otherwise - and that's one of the most interesting things about it. They're characters partially defined by their friendship to Steve Rogers - this will explore how they move on from whatever end happens to him.

They're both solid characters in their own right too, and there's plenty more to come from both as they move out of Cap's shadow. Sebastian Stan and Anthony Mackie are strong performers, and mixing their chemistry with a spy thriller should make for an excellent mini-series.
