4. Fantastic Four/X-Men Reboots

Marvel can't announce any plans for Fox's characters just yet, as they'll have to wait for Disney's purchase to go through later this year. Kevin Feige will undoubtedly have some ideas already though, but don't expect the Fantastic Four or X-Men to suddenly be rushed into the MCU.
Feige has been fairly clear on that point at least, and it's likely they'll take their time and gradually build to their introduction in a few years' time (around 2023-25 seems likely). That'll mean the characters have had plenty of time to rest, be seeded, and then Marvel can really do their own thing with them. The Fantastic Four, in particular. have been handled terribly, but given what Marvel did with Spider-Man, it's exciting to imagine what they'll be capable of with these two teams and all the other characters - like Silver Surfer or Doctor Doom - who come with them.
