23. Shang-Chi

One of the most recent projects to be reported on, word broke back in December that Marvel were putting a Shang-Chi movie into development for Phase 4.
The next chapter of the MCU is looking to diversify, and that goes for just about everything: filmmakers, ethnicities, characters, settings, and so on, and the report states they've hoping Shang-Chi will bring a similar level of success as Black Panther, introducing "a new hero who blends Asian and Asian American themes, crafted by Asian and Asian American filmmakers."
Shang-Chi is the most skilled martial artist in the Marvel universe, so - despite the spectre of Iron Fist (and it'll avoid one problem there at least) - there's potential for a kick-ass action movie to be made here.
