The Scene

The camera fades up to reveal Tony Stark lying on a therapist's couch, talking out his experiences fighting Aldrich Killian and revealing how happy he is to have someone to share it with. We then see Bruce Banner sitting beside him, having slept through almost the entire story (and clearly having been forced to listen by coercion).

Banner pleads with Stark to let him free of his duty to listen, saying he's not that sort of doctor and that his temperament isn't suited to such situations.

What It Meant

Not a great deal, again, beyond establishing that Stark and Banner stayed in contact. It's a gag, and nothing more, though their chemistry also basically launched a thousand Science Bro memes.
