Sure, we're still over a year away from Spider-Man: Homecoming 2 (or whatever it actually ends up being called), but there are already plans for this to be a trilogy, as per Tom Holland.

The first follow-up to Homecoming will (at least in part) deal with some of the aftermath of Avengers 4, since it's the first film to come after it, and then the second will bring to a close Peter Parker's high school years.

The reason this movie is likely to come out in 2021 is that Marvel plans on it being a high school trilogy, and that means they need to get them out sooner rather than later - hence why there's just a two-year gap between 1 and 2. The first one came out in July, the second one is coming out in July, so... yeah, July seems a safe bet.
