12. Hawkeye

Rather unfairly, Hawkeye is considered the least of the Avengers - and barely a superhero by their standards - and it doesn't help that his costume isn't exactly striking. Even when he's given his long coat in Age Of Ultron.

That will change when he turns into Ronin in Avengers 4, of course, but there was almost a version of The Avengers where he looked a lot cooler thanks to Andy Parks' masked alternate design.
