2. Doctor Strange

Given that Benedict Cumberbatch was always in line to play Doctor Strange, it's no surprise that there are fewer concept pieces out there. That pretty much also reflects the studio's desire to stick close to the comic book design. But there was one alternate that had him in a blue cape rather than a red one.

There was also the idea - at one point - to reduce his cape to a jacket, which wasn't a terrible idea, but it might have made him too much like Loki in design. And really, Doctor Strange HAS to have a cape...
