12. Colonel Von Strucker - Avengers: Age Of Ultron

Though he was badly underused, Colonel Von Strucker looked like he was going to be a big presence in the MCU when he was first introduced in Captain America: The Winter Soldier's post-credits. And he did look like your typical Nazi-inspired bad guy.

But according to Josh Nizzi's concept art he could have looked more like an active soldier with Splinter Cell-like armour.

At one stage, it also appears he was set to be played by Vincent Cassel too...
