8. Zemo - Captain America: Civil War

Strictly speaking, the version of long-term HYDRA-affiliated villain Zemo who made it into Captain America: Civil War was nothing like the comic book version. The only similarity was his name - though that was used as misdirection to hide his true backstory.

But even with that in mind, Andy Park did reveal that there was some consideration to use a design for the character that was much closer to the comics than the final film version. It wouldn't have fit his more personal motivations, but it's good to see how it would have looked.
