New Star Wars: Rogue One Trailer Coming July 15th
The Celebration will start with a bang.
Given the proximity of the Star Wars Celebration Europe, it was inevitable that we'd be getting a new Star Wars: Rogue One trailer soon. That has now been confirmed, with the new trailer set to air on July 15th, as the Celebration kicks off
The good folks at Making Star Wars have spotted a TV listing suggesting that there is a 3 minute slot set aside for next Friday, July 15th, at 8pm EST (that's 1am in the UK). Obviously, there's a distinct chance that we'll all have seen it before then, since the Rogue One panel is at 11am EST (4pm UK) the same day.
Regardless of whether you see it online or on TV, it looks promising that you'll get to enjoy a new Star Wars trailer at some point on Friday.
What would you like to see from the new trailer? Hopefully Disney won't have thrown the baby out with the bath water during those now infamous reshoots, because the promise of a grittier war film with a noticeably different tone would not have been a bad thing at all.
Time will tell, but for now, let's all get over-excited at the forthcoming second trailer.
