16. Actress In A Supporting Role
This is without a doubt the most fluid Best Supporting Actress field in a long time, and only Laura Dern and Jennifer Lopez really feel like locks, so we could end up with some neat surprises.
Zhao Shuzhen's performance on the awards circuit so far has been a bit skittish, but it feels like the sort of turn the Academy old-guard will turn out to support.
Margot Robbie will probably get in for Bombshell on star power alone, but don't be shocked if she's subbed out for either Scarlett Johansson (Jojo Rabbit), or Lee Jung Eun (Parasite).
Again, this is one of the toughest categories to predict with any real decisiveness, and that's rather exciting.
