19. Best Animated Feature: Spider-Man: Across The Spider-Verse

Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse took home the Best Animated Feature Oscar in 2019, fending off stiff competition from Incredibles 2, Isle of Dogs, and Ralph Breaks the Internet.

And while the Academy has a fair-weather relationship with sequels, from what we've seen of the upcoming Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse, it's going to at least be a fittingly eye-melting follow-up.

Though it'll have to triumph over Pixar's Elemental, Disney's Wish, Netflix's Nimona and Chicken Run: Dawn of the Nugget, Hayao Miyazaki's How Do You Live?, and The Super Mario Bros. Movie, Across the Spider-Verse is certainly the category's de facto frontrunner unless one of its competitors receives rave reviews.
