3. Walton Goggins' Spine Gets Ripped Out (Predators)
One of the Predator's defining traits is that, after killing a worthy opponent, he'll rip their spine out of their body with the head still attached, taking it as a perverse victory trophy.

Though the previous films in the series shied away from showing close-up glimpses of this happening - generally sticking to wide shots where grisly detail was fairly minimal - Predators had no such restraint.
When the Predator corners Stans, director Nimród Antal keeps the camera close as his spine and skull are torn straight out of him, even giving us a lingering look at his blood-soaked skull. Lovely.
