41. Pocahontas (1995)

Don't let nostalgia cloud your judgment here - Pocahontas is a bad movie.

Sure, the visuals are excellent, much of the orchestration is remarkable, and "Colors of the Wind" is one of Disney's best-ever songs... but the rest of the movie sucks. It's just a stock, "Romeo & Juliet" plot with humdrum characters and overall lackluster songs.

And that doesn't even mention how offensively historically inaccurate it is.

It's actually pretty unbelievable to know that Disney's "A-team" worked on this one while the "B-team" worked on The Lion King because they expected it to be a much bigger hit. Man... it's just so uninspired.
