Razzies 2018: 7 Winners That Make No Sense

5. Worst Actress - Tyler Perry (Boo 2! A Madea Halloween)

Lionsgate

For starters, Tyler Perry isn't an actress so probably shouldn't even be in this category, but he's a regular nominee regardless for his in-drag performances as Madea, and this marks "her" second Worst Actress victory.

It's incredibly low-hanging fruit, honestly, and the joke got old a while ago, awful though the performance undeniably is.

Who Should've Won: Jennifer Lawrence (mother!) being nominated is totally ridiculous and Dakota Johnson's (Fifty Shades Darker) performance is too self-aware to be truly bad, so it falls to either Katherine Heigl (Unforgettable) or Emma Watson (The Circle).

Heigl was at least believably cast in the bunny-boiler role and delivered the sort of hammy work you'd hope for, while Watson was really quite terrible in The Circle, from her dodgy American accent to her range of unintentionally hilarious facial expressions. Hermione takes it, then.
