The casting for 28 Weeks Later keeps suprising me more and more with each new report. It seems that Scottish actor Robert Carlyle has signed on to appear and is currently in London filming the sequel. He joins the likes of lead Jeremy Renner, Harold Perrineau and Rose Byrne in what is looking far more promising than I originally thought. I really did think that this sequel sounded doomed for straight to dvd release, but they have actually managed to put a decent cast together. Anyone looking forwad to this? source - variety, empire
