5. Christabella - Silent Hill

In 2006's adaptation of legendary survival horror game Silent Hill, the primary antagonist is Christabella (Alice Krige), the sadistic and totally unhinged high priestess of the Brethren - a fanatical cult which burns those it deems to be witches in a misguided attempt to "cleanse" the town.

This culminates in Christabella ordering the immolation of cop Cybil Bennett (Laurie Holden) and then attempting to murder protagonist Rose Da Silva (Radha Mitchell).

However, vengeful psychic Alessa (Lorry Ayers) - who was burned by Christabella decades prior - rocks up to intervene, using her abilities to eviscerate the cult with reams of razor wire.

She then turns her attention to Christabella, ultimately lifting her into the air with the razor wire, painfully crucifying her with it, and then finally tearing her in two. 

A most deserved end for a villain who caused so much needless suffering and showed zero remorse for it.
