17. A Lesson In Pronunciation

Almost immediately after the whole "beef or vegetarian?" gag, Shang-Chi explains to Katy that Shaun isn't his real name, while also giving her a lesson in how to pronounce Shang-Chi.

It naturally doubles as a way for the audience to learn how to pronounce his moniker correctly, and leads to the amusing gag where Katy mocks Shang-Chi for changing his name to something that sounds so damn similar.

And it also sets up one of the more unexpected jokes in the movie...
