3. Young(er) Maz Kanata Appears

The Rumour: Last summer, an interview with Funko about merchandising for Solo saw them namedrop Maz Kanata (Lupita N'yongo), prompting speculation that the 1000-year-old alien would appear in (slightly) younger form in the movie.

After all, it's clear from The Force Awakens that her and Han have a storied friendship, so introducing her in Solo would be a fun way to link the movie directly to the new trilogy.

The Truth: As fun as it could've been to see Maz hanging out in a bar somewhere, she's nowhere to be seen. Still, there's every chance she could show up in one of the potential sequels to give Han a helping hand.
