22. Dejarik

The holographic battle game Dejarik first appeared in A New Hope, made an amusing return in The Force Awakens and appears once again in Solo, as Chewie and Beckett decide to kill some time playing one another.

Unfortunately for Chewie, Beckett defeats him effortlessly, and the sore loser that he is, Chewie tries to clear the board with all his strength, while Beckett reminds him that they're holograms.

Fan-servicey though it undeniably is, it at least also provides a neat segue into Beckett talking about anticipating your opponent's moves, which pays off when Beckett's traitorous nature is later revealed.
