17. Aunt May Is Totally Cool With Peter Being Spider-Man
Spider-Man: Homecoming ended with a big twist for Peter's home life, as Aunt May walked in on him while he was crawling around his room as Spider-Man. May is typically kept in the dark, so just how would this bombshell affect their relationship?
Well, based on this trailer, everything is hunky dory. Granted, she's had a fair bit of time to get used to the idea, since this movie takes place after Endgame, but she's not only surprisingly comfortable with it, but even calling in favours.
At a homeless support gala, presumably organised by May, she ropes in her nephew to speak as Spider-Man, which must be a pretty cool favour to be able to call in. And if he refuses, she can always just ground him. May felt a little wasted in Homecoming, and there aren't signs that she'll suddenly get much more to do here, but this is at least a nice new spin on their relationship.
