14. Avengers Tower Under Construction?
In a brief moment, as Spider-Man is swinging through the streets of New York and just generally being his friendly neighbourhood self, we see him go past Grand Central Station, where there's some interesting construction work in the background.

The building behind Grand Central was, of course, Stark and then Avengers Tower. Stark sold the tower after the events of Captain America: Civil War, but we never found out who too. A long-shot is that it's going to be the Baxter building, setting the stage for Fantastic Four, but much more likely is that Oscorp have taken it over, which continues with Marvel laying the groundwork for the company and its famous family members.
