3. Spider-Gwen Could Happen
The Rumour
According to a Twitter leak that came out of a fan event in Tokyo (which also confirmed the Daily Bugle for the MCU), Angourice Rice was "confirmed" to be playing Gwen Stacy.
MoviePilot then ran with that rumour and suggested that - in conjunction with another hint that Marvel were secretly introducing another character who would be far more important in the future of the MCU - she would go on to become fan favourite Spider-Gwen.

It's a little silly to suggest that just because Gwen is involved she's going to turn into Spider-Gwen, even if the idea of her being involved when Marvel said they were consciously distancing themselves from previous movies suggests that they must be looking at a wholly different portrayal of her.
Still, we can but hope.
