12. Michelle Is The Vulture's Daughter

The Rumour

Though it was widely assumed that the identity of Zendaya's Michelle (who remains surnameless in even the most up-to-date cast lists) was a means to protect the fact that she was a well-known existing Spider-Man character, it looks like she's someone else entirely.

Apparently, according to the junior novelisation of Homecoming, Michelle's surname is revealed to be Toomes - making her the daughter of villain Adrian Toomes, otherwise known as The Vulture.

It sounds fitting, but the only issue is that the same novelisation revealed that Donald Glover's character is called "Alex", when he is in fact called Aaron (more of which soon). So maybe some is telling fibs...?
