7. Nobody Dies On The Ferry Disaster

How the hell wasn't the Staten Island Ferry disaster fatal?

It's just about believable that nobody was standing right up the middle of the ferry when the Vulture's gun overloads, but even that's a stretch. It seems even less likely that the ferry splitting in two and the lower decks flooding wouldn't result in a single death. That's some Disney protection right there.

As Tony Stark says "someone could have died", it's obvious that absolutely nobody did, which is a remarkably turn up for the books.

Also, cars aren't even allowed on that ferry any more. They haven't been since the 90s.
