This is much easier to pick up if you're wearing headphones, but when Vulture attacks Spider-Man and grabs hold of him, his suit actually makes a robotic vulture screech while flying away with the web-slinger in tow.

Sure, it's pretty goofy, but it also sounds legitimately quite unsettling at the same time, and considering the silliness of most of Spider-Man's rogues gallery (especially those who've appeared in prior movies), a character based on a freaking bird of prey could look and sound a Hell of a lot worse than this.
