6. The Friendly Neighbourhood Spider-Man
It looks like a decent chunk of the movie is going to be devoted to actually showing the web-slinger as a friendly neighbourhood Spider-Man.
He's shown stylishly stopping a bike thief and helping an old lady out, and at one point Tony Stark even asks him, "Can't you just be a friendly neighbourhood Spider-Man?"
These scenes capture the community-friendly essence of the character that felt pretty lacking from the Andrew Garfield years, and even though it's clear that Peter yearns for more here, it's refreshing to see him partaking in everyday heroism as well as more dangerous crime-fighting shenanigans.
This reinforces the belief of many that the tone is going to basically combine the earnestness of the Raimi movies with the more sarcastic wit of the Marc Webb ones, which sounds just grand.
