6. The Stark/Parker Relationship

A lot has been made of Tony Stark's role in the film, but this comment from Bmac1977 on Reddit hits the nail on the head.

Since Sony/Marvel aren't going down the Uncle Ben route - thank God - since we've sen that twice this century already, Tony Stark is going to be filling in on the whole 'with great power...' mentoring business.

Given where Stark currently is, especially as we see him in Civil War, that makes a lot of sense, even if the timing of getting Spidey back wasn't exactly planned just to fit in with that.
