14. Vulture Attacks

Though he deals with lower level goons fairly easily, Peter gets an immediate escalation with the appearance of Vulture himself carrying the same weapon we see tested out in the scene revealing Donald Glover earlier in the trailer.

There is some suggestion that the goons are merely buyers of Toomes' tech, but I think it's too much of a coincidence for him to be here too. If he's no more than a vendor to them, he's unlikely to care about their fate.

And why the ferry? It seems a pretty odd target. But then terrorism is designed for maximum effect, and it's the kind of target that would cause chaos.
