2. Spidey Vs Vulture Vs Plane

And to come full circle, we're back on the place again, as the Vulture slams down onto the fuselage after Spidey spots his way out and latches on to the plane with his web shooters.

Even on this mid-air "safe haven" he's far from safe from potential death.

Presumably that flaming engine is also the Vulture's handy-work.

This definitely feels like Spider-Man's opportunity to prove himself to Tony Stark after he's taken away his suit privileges, so it wouldn't at all be surprising if this was the very end of the film.

Unless of course Stark sees the aversion of a plane crash as reasonable proof and gives Spidey the boost for his final show-down with Vulture elsewhere?
