11. Vulture Takes Down Tony's Plane (And Possibly Happy)
As already hinted, it looks like Vulture's target is actually Stark Tower, and Tony's hi-tech plane specifically, which takes off from the top of the tower.
This is clearly the culmination of the night-time battle scene that leads to the near plane crash from the end of the second trailer.
Happy is here too, packing the plane with "brand new Avengers weaponry" to send out somewhere. Considering we then see Toomes inside the plane, this might not end well for Happy, who has already survived near-death once in Iron Man 3. Will he be that lucky again?
Inside the plane (which is where the earlier shots of Toomes sneering at the Iron Man mask are also set), we see him investigating the "Avengers weaponry" - including a new Iron Man suit and massive crates marked DODC for the Department Of Damage Control.
The fact that Happy calls it "Avengers weaponry" is huge: this actually suggests that the DODC isn't just a clean-up service, but are also working with Stark on developing weaponry from salvaged tech themselves too.
Also, since when do the Avengers need weapons? Thor has his hammer, Cap had his shield... It's an odd concept - particularly as the Avengers are decimated at this stage after the events of Civil War.
Clearly, Toomes finds something particularly interesting on the plane.
