Well, that is certainly nice to see. After the logos of Sony and Colombia remind us that this is a co-production after all, it's great to have the Marvel logo appear. It reinforces the feeling that Spider-Man is home, something that runs throughout this trailer - it definitely makes clear we're in the Marvel Cinematic Universe here.
