3. Peter Parker Might Return

The chances of new Spideys being added to the fold is a definite possiblity, but don’t count out the heroes already featured either. Spider Ham, Peni Parker and Spider-Man Noir are unlikely to feature in a spin-off, seeing how they’ve already had a leading role. Miles too might be being saved for a full sequel of his own. With Silk coming though, there’s a good chance Peter could be back too.

In the comics, Silk is bitten by the same spider as Peter, and the two (eventually) become love interests. Clearly the first Spider-Verse had MJ and Peter together, with Gwen and Miles moving towards a relationship too. For the latter two, it was brief moments sprinkled in with the action, but Peter’s affection for MJ was a driving force.

With so many Peters in the varying universes to pick from though, a third Peter might be on the scene as Silk’s love interest.
