In all honestly the first teaser trailer is the day Im waiting for the most when it comes to Episode 7. That first proper glimpse is key to the future for this new Star Wars franchise. Whether it be via a leaked source a day or so earlier than expected or the legitimate Starwars.com date and time, a new Star Wars trailer is probably the most exciting bit of pre-promotion in all of movies. I remember back in the days of dial up waiting for the Attack of the Clones Quicktime video to load up, its a sick exciting time. Watching it back frame by frame, looking for clues, seeing what our heroes and villains look like and thats just the teaser trailer. When the full trailers rolls around months later, its usually that one that makes the wait to seeing the full film impossible. Trailers are a great time for Star Wars and its these events that get the rest of the movie loving public onbaord the hype train.
