5. Smuggling
Han has built his reputation as a smuggler and a pilot, and it is those skills that lead Obi-Wan and Luke to hiring his services in A New Hope. We got to see him do plenty of flying in the trilogy, but there wasnt much shown of his smuggling ways.
Given it is such a big part of the character, and basically how he earns a living, it seems certain that we will be getting a look at the kinds of jobs Han did as a smuggler in the employ of various nefarious characters.
As seen in Star Wars Rebels, the spice mines of Kessel are an extremely popular and lucrative haven for smugglers, and from what we know of Han it is pretty certain this was one of the locations he worked as well, which would provide a chance to see planet in live-action form for the first time.
This would not only explore Hans past, but also how he comes to meet other significant characters (e.g. Lando).
