15. Saesee Tiin

One of the Order's most accomplished warriors and pilots during the final years of the Republic, Saesee Tiin served on the Council sometime before the Invasion of Naboo until his death at the hands of Palpatine before the execution of Order 66.

Despite his place in the Star Wars canon being more recent than many others on this list, Master Tiin's background is not well known, though it's safe to assume he found a seat on the Council because of his bravery and collected emotions in times of crisis.
