She's telling them that they'll take the next chance, meaning that this comes after they've suffered a setback - some guesswork, but maybe after they fail to save Galen, and before launching an attack on Scarif?

There's another slightly cheesy line here too - "you're all Rebels, aren't you? - and it likely precedes her "May the Force be with us" line we saw in a previous trailer.
