Ok, so, inevitably, bad guys are just a little bit cooler than good guys, and the Origin of the Sith order thus ranks one higher than their Jedi nemesis. Like the Jedi however, the idea of learning the beginnings of the Sith, their original mantra, the core of their beliefs as they were founded and exactly how it came to be and who initiated it, is something that can (and should) be delved into in Episode VII. Especially since there are new and old evils set to appear.
