Star Wars: The High Republic - 10 Things The New Saga Must Include
10. Yoda In His Prime
Master Yoda's wisdom was present throughout most of the films in the main saga, and now we have Baby Yoda stealing our hearts on screen in The Mandalorian, so who wouldn't want to get a look at a Yoda in the prime of his life?
Yoda is 900 years old at the time of his death in Return of the Jedi, and The High Republic will take 400 years before the events of The Phantom Menace, so this will mean Yoda will be about 464 when the events of the new saga take place - at least as long as those rumours prove correct.
Now not much is actually known about how Yoda's species age, but this would logically put him in the middle of his life span, and we could possibly see him as an ordinary Jedi Knight at this point in his life. The potential to further explore his backstory and his incredibly powerful force-sensitive species could even be the focus of a new film.
