Star Wars: The Last Jedi - New Trailer Expected October 9th
Prepare for the hype to be dialled up again.
It's almost time for the next trailer of The Last Jedi to land and turn up the attention and hype in the world of Star Wars fandom to white hot levels once more.
According to a new report from Star Wars News Net, LucasFilm are on the verge of releasing the second trailer for Episode 8, giving fans what they've been calling for almost since the day the first one debuted. They say that the magical day will be Monday, October 9th...
Why that day? So far, it's unclear, but it's good news for anyone looking for another opportunity to get very excited.
This has also been semi-corroborated by Mark Hamill, who said that the second Last Jedi trailer would be released that dat during Monday Night Football. Assuming that's not SWNN's source, of course.
So what can we expect from the trailer? Hopefully, very few meaningful spoilers (why break the habit of a life-time?) with more focus on establishing a mood - in the same vein as The Force Awakens campaign - and perhaps giving us in-universe looks at some of the new characters.
If we don't get more porg action, it will be very, VERY surprising.
