23. The First Meeting Again

The Last Jedi is going to pick things up right where The Force Awakens left off: on the top of Ahch-To, and the very first meeting between Luke and Rey.

Episode VII ended with the would-be Padawan handing Luke his lightsaber, and here we see his (very) mechanical hand taking the weapon from her, and then looking in complete disbelief.

Meeting Luke does not go as Rey expects, and that's clear even from their earliest interactions. He doesn't look too happy at being disturbed, to say the least.
