It just wouldn't be a new Star Wars movie year without a Vanity Fair cover celebrating it - and for The Last Jedi, we've been treated to four different versions.

Vanity Fair have been doing these portraits since The Phantom Menace, and it's often a big part of the marketing for the new movie. In order to build to The Last Jedi and commemorate the saga's 40th anniversary, Vanity Fair and their acclaimed photographer Annie Leibovitz have revealed the four covers, which feature: Luke Skywalker and Rey; Captain Phasma, Kylo Ren, and General Hux; Poe Dameron, BB-8, Finn, and Rose; and General Leia Organa.

They are all pretty stunning, though the Carrie Fisher portrait is particularly beautiful. There's also a first look at Gwendoline Christie as Captain Phasma without her helmet, though it seems unlikely we'll see her that way in the movie itself.

There are also teases of the cover story, which should include a few tantalising reveals about Episode VIII, with Adam Driver talking about how scarred Kylo Ren is (beyond the one on his face), and what we can expect from John Boyega's Finn in the movie. There'll also be interviews with Rian Johnson and Lucasfillm President Kathleen Kennedy, talking about the great Fisher, her role in The Last Jedi, and her legacy. Check out the covers in full below.
