13. Star Wars Episode III: Revenge Of The Sith (2005)

For a long time assumed to be the final proper Star Wars film, Revenge Of The Sith tied together the two trilogies and rounded off the journey of Anakin Skywalker.

By far the best regarded prequel, Sith made up for the previous movie's treading water with a truly epic scope and going to some pretty dark place - Anakin kills... gasp... younglings.
