9. Jane Levy As Oracle
It's known that a Joss Whedon-helmed Batgirl movie is in the pipeline, so Barbara Gordon is 100% a part of the DC Extended Universe, but if Warner Bros. wants to introduce her ahead of this, they could certainly adapt her other alter ego, Oracle.
After being shot in the spine and paralysed by The Joker, Barbara Gordon became Oracle, a communications and intelligence envoy for the superhero community, being first introduced as a new member of the Suicide Squad.
This would provide a neat lead-in for Barbara taking the Batgirl mantle back up in Whedon's movie, and if the rumoured shortlist for that film is to be believed, then Don't Breathe's Jane Levy is in serious consideration, admittedly among others, for the part.
It's easy to believe given her impressive performances in both Don't Breathe and Evil Dead to date, and she's obviously got the look for the part down pat.
