In a brief flash, we get a look inside the Suicide Squad control room, where Waller and her skeleton staff look on, primed to throw them all under the bus if they get caught. That must also mean Rick Flag and his guys, since they're closely affiliated with the Squad too - basically, government people are not very nice.

Naturally, that segue's into their helicopter being shot down over the city. By what - who knows.
